Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago

This Client was entering a Transformational Phase in its existence in 1997 that would include organisational development at the levels of both Physical and Technical Infrastructure. The Major Aim was to build a new airport terminal and the changes required to operate such a terminal would require support throughout the transformation. It was our privilege to work for seven years providing strategic and practical support across several levels of the organisation from the General Managers office right across to the Estate Constables.
